Pilgrim Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. honey
    pinch of saffron (if wanted)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 c. raisins or currants
Preparation
    Beat cream, egg yolks and saffron, stirring constantly with a fork.
    Stir in spices and salt. Add the bread crumbs.
    Mix well. Stir in the raisins or currants. Bake.
