Broccoli - Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts (do not thaw)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. processed cheese spread
Preparation
    Place ingredients in large casserole and cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove; stir and return to oven for 40 more minutes.
