Yellow Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix shortening, sugar, eggs and milk.
    Add flour and vanilla. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (Good for cupcakes, upside-down cake and plain cake.)
