Ingredients

1 large can sweet potatoes
2 large eggs
2 (15 oz.) cans Eagle Brand milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake 50 to 60 minutes at 375\u00b0.
