Barbecue Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Form patties and place in beaten egg, then in mixture formed by combining cornstarch and garlic powder.
Place patties in baking dish.
Mix together water, catsup, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and salt.
Pour over patties and bake uncovered 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
