Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, cubed
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 zucchini, sliced
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil in a large skillet for 8 to 10 minutes. Wipe up excess oil with paper towel.
    Combine cumin and garlic with tomato sauce and pour over chicken, then add remaining ingredients. Cook and simmer, covered, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Uncover and cook on high 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
