Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw carrots, grated
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. clove
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat. Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with salad oil. Add vanilla, carrots, nuts and raisins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan or bake 1 hour in an angel food cake pan.
