Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked 9-inch pastry crusts
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 1/2 c. half and half
    1 toe garlic, pressed or garlic salt
    4 green onions, thinly chopped (including tops)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Place one half of the shredded cheeses on the two unbaked pastry crusts.
    Spread the chopped onions on top of cheeses.
    In bowl, beat together eggs, half and half, salt, pepper and garlic, until very fluffy.\tPour over the cheese.
    Break butter into small pieces over top and sprinkle other half of the shredded cheeses on top.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.\tAllow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings per quiche.
