Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
4 large jalapeno peppers
1 small can creamed corn
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 garlic bulb

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in an iron skillet at 350\u00b0 until brown.
