Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash, cooked and well drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, crumbled
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; reserve some cheese and cracker crumbs for top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
