Texas Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crushed pineapple
2 pkg. lime or lemon jello
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 small jar chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 pt. cream, whipped stiff (fold in last)
Preparation
-
Heat pineapple and dissolve jello in pineapple; let set until partly congealed.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Chill and serve.
