All In One Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash
    1/2 to 1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except tomato juice well.
    Spray dish with Pam and place loaf in pan.
    Pour over tomato juice.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or until done.
