Poppy Seed Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. broad noodles, cooked and drained
    3 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    grated rind of 1 orange
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine noodles, poppy seed, almonds, butter and rinds.
    Toss together lightly.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Turn into buttered casserole and top with sour cream.
    Bake in moderate (350\u00b0) oven for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
