Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 c. mayonnaise
    grated Cheddar cheese
    variety of veggies (example: broccoli, cucumbers, cauliflower, green peppers, lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes, celery, carrots and onions) *
    2 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing
Preparation
    *Cut veggies small; use 1 cup of 6 kinds of veggies.
