Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. turkey or chicken, cubed
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 (6 oz.) Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice, cooked
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 small cans mushrooms
    2 pkg. slivered almonds
    1 c. onion
    1 c. green pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 Tbsp. butter
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter.
    Add mushrooms.
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with grated cheese.
