Jailhouse Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. mashed potatoes
    2 1/2 sticks oleo
    4 eggs
    8 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Mix yeast in water; set aside.
    Combine potatoes, oleo, eggs, salt and sugar.
    Blend into flour.
    Add yeast water; mix thoroughly.
    Place in greased bowl, cover with damp cloth.
    Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Roll out like biscuits, cut out and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
    Butter tops and let stand for several hours.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
