Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sour milk
    3 large bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. nutmeats
Preparation
    Mix sugar and shortening; add eggs.
    Mix together well.
    Add dry ingredients and sour milk alternately.
    Stir in mashed bananas and nutmeats.
    Put into 2 greased regular sized loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
