Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ribs, cut in serving pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
salt and pepper (optional)
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Brown ribs on all sides.
Brown onion in hot fat.
Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 15 minutes or until flavors are blended.
Pour sauce over browned ribs.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done.
Makes 6 servings.
