Shrimp-Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    dash of garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, rinsed, drained and chopped or 1 c. shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
    1/4 c. finely chopped seeded cucumber
    Melba toast rounds or assorted crackers/bread
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, catsup, mustard and garlic powder. Stir in shrimp, cucumber and onion. Spread mixture over Melba toast, crackers or dip bread. Makes 1 1/4 cups of spread (20 servings).
