Tomato Aspic Stagecoach Inn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 bay leaf
    3 whole cloves
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    Accent
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. orange rind
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    3 Tbsp. gelatine
    2 c. cold water
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 can tomato juice
Preparation
    Pour first 9 ingredients in pan and simmer for a long time; do not boil.
    In a large pan, put remaining ingredients and mix well. Then strain hot mixture into cold, stirring constantly.
    Pour into tray and sprinkle with finely minced onion.
