French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs beaten with a fork, not too hard (do not use a mixer)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vinegar
    pinch of salt
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Stir eggs and sugar well.
    Add margarine and stir to mix.
    Add other ingredients and stir well.
    Bake in 9-inch unbaked pie crust for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
