Double Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3)
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. Banana Nut Crunch cereal
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
Beat eggs in a small bowl.
Stir in bananas, water and oil.
Add to flour mixture.
Stir until moistened; stir in cereal.
Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and remove from loaf pan.
