Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 schnitzels*
    1 or 2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    6 tsp. oil or butter
    1 c. regular bread crumbs
    1 c. flour
    lemon juice (if desired)
Preparation
    *Schnitzel is a cutlet, usually veal but other types of meat may be used.
