Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 heaping tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. ground mustard
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. pepper sauce
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. chopped peppers
    8 oz. grated processed cheese
    1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour and cook for 1 minute.
    Add paprika, mustard, chili powder, catsup, pepper sauce and cumin.
    Stir well. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly to keep from sticking.
