New Jersey Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken fryer or legs and wings
    garlic powder
    seasoned salt (Lawry's)
    oil
    2 tsp. butter
    flour
Preparation
    Wash and drain chicken.
    Mix all dry ingredients together in bag and shake.
    Pour oil in deep frying pan and heat to very hot. Put chicken in bag and coat well.
    Place in hot oil.
    Put in butter; cover and let fry until golden brown and tender.
    Serve with rice and vegetable.
    Makes about 4 servings.
