Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. brown sugar
1 level Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat egg white to stiff froth.
Add brown sugar and continue beating.
Stir in flour and salt.
Then add chopped pecans.
Drop by small spoonfuls on buttered cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Remove from tin when partly cooled.
Very rich; serve with ice cream or fruit.
Makes 3 dozen.
