Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 lb. apples (6 medium)
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.
Peel, core and slice apples to make 5 to 6 cups.
