Ingredients

1 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients.
Make a well in the center. Combine last four ingredients; pour into the well and stir until moistened.
