Ingredients

1 lb. soft butter
1 1/2 c. ruffled potato chips, coarsely crushed
1 c. sugar
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Cream butter and sugar. Slowly blend in flour and vanilla. Gently fold into potato chips. Drop dough by well rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies gently with a wet fork. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until barely browned. Cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Yields 4 to 5 dozen.
