Grape-Nuts Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Grape-Nuts
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 qt. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then add sugar, cereal, milk and vanilla; mixing well.
    Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with small bits of butter.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 servings.
