Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked diced chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. slivered almonds
    2 pimentos, chopped
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together in morning everything but the potato chips and grated cheese.
    Cover and set in the refrigerator.
    Just before baking, mix together potato chips and grated cheese and put on top of chicken salad.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
