Chocolate Clair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box graham crackers
    2 (3 oz.) boxes instant French vanilla pudding
    3 1/2 c. milk
    9 oz. container Cool Whip
    1 (15 oz.) ready to spread milk chocolate icing
Preparation
    Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk. Beat 2 to 3 minutes on medium speed. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 the mixture over the graham crackers. Layer the crackers and pudding, ending with graham crackers. Remove seal from icing and heat in microwave until soft. Pour over crackers and refrigerate overnight. The longer it sits, the better.
