Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 Pillsbury German chocolate cake mix
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    First, unwrap caramels and place in medium bowl.
    Add evaporated milk and microwave for 2 minutes.
    Take out and stir until smooth.
