Mandarin Dijon Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
    Dijon pepper to taste
    chicken soup mix to taste
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parisienne mustard
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. chicken soup mix
    1/8 tsp. Dijon pepper
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken breasts generously with Dijon pepper and chicken soup mix.
    Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.
    Add vegetable oil.
    Place skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken to skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
