Hearty Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients, reserving 2 tablespoons sugar. Combine cooled butter, milk, eggs and vanilla.
    Add to dry mixture.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Gently stir in berries. Spoon into muffin tins lined with paper or brushed with butter. Sprinkle tops with reserved sugar.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Let stand 5 minutes before removing from tin.
    Makes 1 dozen muffins.
