Mom'S Refrigerator Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. peeled and diced cucumbers
    1 c. diced onions
    1 c. diced green pepper
    pimento (for color; optional)
    2 Tbsp. noniodized salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumber mixture (do not cook this). Keep in gallon jar in refrigerator. Will keep a long time.
