Batter Curls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
-
Make batter, beating well until smooth.
Pour into a squeeze mustard or catsup bottle.
Squeeze into hot grease in a circular motion.
Fry until lightly brown and crisp.
Drain well on paper towels.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or confectioners sugar.
May also be served for breakfast with syrup and butter.
