Baked Gouda Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) Gouda cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
2 to 3 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 egg white, beaten
sesame seed
Preparation

Remove crescent roll dough from can and place on cookie sheet. Press perforations together. Remove wax from cheese.
Place cheese in center of dough. Coat cheese with mustard and bring up dough to cover cheese.
Press to seal.
Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with seed. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until nicely browned.
Cut in wedges. Serve immediately.
