Cranberry Salad(Especially Good With Turkey And Dressing) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. bag cranberries
3/4 of 1 orange with peel
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
3 c. very hot water
3/4 c. diced celery
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Grind cranberries and cut up orange in food chopper.
Add sugar and let stand in refrigerator.
Dissolve jello in hot water. Chill until syrupy.
Add all other ingredients and stir well. Chill and stir again.
Place in refrigerator until firm.
Best made the day before serving.
