Pan Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 medium potatoes
    stripples, fried and crumbled on top
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium onion
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Slice cabbage and wash.
    Lay cabbage in frying pan.
    Slice onion, green pepper and potatoes over cabbage.
    Pour in water and stripple drippings.
    Cook on high until boiled down.
    Reduce heat and cover.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove cover and cook until tender.
