Blender Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. soft shortening
1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 large bananas
1 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Sift flour and place in mixing bowl.
In blender container, place eggs, shortening, milk, lemon juice, bananas and sugar. Blend until smooth.
Add nuts and blend until well chopped.
Pour over flour and stir lightly together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 1/2 x 5 1/2-inch loaf pan for 45 minutes or in 3 miniature loaf pans for 30 minutes.
