Polish Sausage With Peppers And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sweet red pepper
    1 large sweet yellow pepper
    1 medium sweet Spanish onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 tsp. thyme (dried) leaves
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 fresh Polish sausage links
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Cut each
    pepper
    into\t12
    wedges.
    Cut onion into 1/2 inch thick slices.
    Separate into rings.
    Cook peppers, onion, garlic and thyme
    in oil in large skillet, over medium heat, 8 to\t10 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Remove to warm platter. Keep warm.
