Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 stick oleo, melted
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour in unbaked pie crust.
Bake in a hot oven for about 5 minutes. Reduce temperature to about 350\u00b0 and bake about 1 hour.
