Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
    1 c. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
    1/3 c. minced green onions
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    parsley sprigs
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pastry shell
Preparation
    Bake at 425\u00b0 the deep dish pie crust for 5 minutes.
    Prick bottom and sides of pastry.
    Sprinkle crabmeat, cheese, green onions and 1 tablespoon parsley evenly into pastry shell.
    Combine next 4 ingredients; stir well.
    Pour over crabmeat mixture.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
