Pub Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy; add sugar and beat well.
Add oil and vanilla; then add zucchini.
Add dry ingredients and blend together thoroughly.
Add walnuts.
Pour into approximately 10 1/2 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
