Poulet Chasseur(Hunters Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 lb. chicken parts
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. dry white wine
    1 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/2 bay leaf
    2 tsp. tomato paste
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in frying pan; brown the chicken. Sprinkle with flour; let it brown.
    Add the wine, water, spices and tomato paste.
    Cook for 45 minutes.
    Prepare mushrooms; saute in oil and add to chicken.
    Cook for 15 minutes more.
