Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
4 to 5 c. rhubarb, diced

Preparation

Cream together first 3 ingredients.
Add next 5 ingredients. Put rhubarb on top of batter mixture.
