Baked Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
    2 medium eggs or Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Using processor or blender.
    Beat cottage cheese until creamy. Mix in the melted oleo.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add the sugar and milk.
    Beat well.
    Add the remaining ingredients, beating until smooth. Pour into crust.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Cool and serve with fruit or Cool Whip.
    This is a low calorie recipe.
