Bacon Wraparounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained
    10 slices bacon, cut in half, crosswise
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce and sugar.
    Marinate chestnuts in mixture for 30 minutes.
    Wrap bacon slice around each chestnuts, fasten with a wooden pick.
    Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan or broiler.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until bacon is crisp. Serve hot.
    Makes 20 appetizers.
