Spring Tuna Fish Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. fresh clean spinach, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
2 Tbsp. chopped olives
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) can chunk tuna in water
2 Tbsp. French dressing
Preparation

Mix spinach, scallions and olives.
Sprinkle with salt.
Mix tuna and French dressing and let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
Just before serving, toss spinach and tuna mixtures.
Serve with additional French dressing and hard-cooked eggs.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
